Who we are

Your Moment Prints is a trading name of AOS Media Ltd, a company registered in Ireland. AOS Media Ltd is the data controller for the personal data described on this page. You can contact us at hello@yourmomentprints.com.

What we collect

Enquiries: when you fill in a form on this site, we collect your name, email address and message, and your phone number if you give it.

Event photos: at events, we photograph participants who step up to our photo point so we can print their photo on-site.

Payments: payments at events are taken through a third-party card reader. We don’t see or store your full card details.

Website data: this site is hosted by Squarespace, which uses cookies and collects basic information such as the pages you visit and the type of device you use.

How we use it

We use enquiry details to reply to you and to plan events. We use event photos to produce your print and, if you buy one, a digital copy. We may also share event photos on our website and social media. If you’d rather a photo of you wasn’t used, email us and we’ll take it down.

Our legal basis

We process your data to provide something you’ve asked for (a print or a reply to your enquiry), and for our legitimate interests in running and promoting the business. Where we rely on legitimate interests, you can object at any time.

Who we share it with

We use trusted service providers to run the business, including Squarespace (website and forms), our email provider and our card payment provider. They only process your data on our behalf. We don’t sell your data.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries and event photos only for as long as we need them for the purposes above, and then delete them.

Your rights

You have the right to ask for a copy of your data, to correct it, to have it deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive it in a portable format. Email hello@yourmomentprints.com to make a request. If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your data, you can complain to the Data Protection Commission at www.dataprotection.ie.

Cookies

Squarespace sets some cookies that are needed for the site to work. Others, such as analytics cookies, are only used if you accept them in the cookie banner. You can also clear or block cookies in your browser settings.
